Our Youtube channel, despite having few subscribers, has many impressions, it is a channel that we dedicate ourselves without asking for resources to the Manager, it is done with a lot of effort.
And in 90 days it had more than 50,000 impressions.
We believe that content well done will always bring returns to NEAR and consecutively to Octopode DAO.

Learnings:
A well established, organized team can accomplish important things, obviously people should not work for free, not least because free work is set up as exploitation.
And since we all work, we all get paid, and so we believe that it is important that all services that contribute to the growth of the DAO and the NEAR should be remunerated.
It is beautiful to see the realization of a job well done, just go to one of our social networks, or our site … we are evolving, and we do want to reach sustainability one day. And we are moving towards this, we divulge NEAR, our services, and we are fighting to EDUCATE THE WAY FROM WEB 2 TO WEB3.
Next steps:
We will reduce the funding request, just to keep in operation the work of updating the website ( adc pages regarding new projects, services and professionals who are willing to work), graphic designer and social media.
In the following month, the funding will be 800 usd (200 usd instagram, 200 usd facebook, 200usd twitter, 200 usd site)
The values are below market, but we believe that because it is a support we can do the best possible with this value, we know that other DAOs receive up to 3x more than that, to perform services sometimes much less laborious and beautiful than ours, but we also believe that what is fair one day will come to everyone.
This value is the order value for the next month.
I have a suggestion, which would be the provision of at least 1000 USD for each DAO, who is committed to the work, who has a serious and meaningful realization, well-informed professionals, and yes trained, who not only dialogue but really perform meaningful work.
