  • Nov. 1 - 5 hrs - meeting with Mintickt; admin on Discord and TG; MARMA J CON creatives meeting with @bianca and @nicole.tay

  • Nov. 2 - 3 hrs - internal core team meeting; activities & sponsorship meeting

  • Nov. 3 - 4 hrs - MARMA J CON planning meeting; feedback on marketing strategy; meeting with Gorilla Shops (ticketing)

  • Nov. 4 - 3 hrs - MARMA J CON budget work; 2 partner calls; feedback on swag strategy

  • Nov. 6 - 2 hrs - general admin and document feedback
