Tradigitunes, which is abbreviation from “Traditional Digitized Tunes” is an online song writing and producing contest that fusing traditional elements in a modern music production. All members can participate by submitting videos of their production to us. The winner will be judged by their music composition and video content creativity.
Here are some pointers for Tradigitunes:
- All members who wish to participate must send us a 320 kbps music production MP3
- Any genre of music is accepted, but must contain elements of traditional musical instruments
- Traditional instruments can be recorded from original instruments, sample packs or VST plugins
- The traditional instruments included in this project can be from all over the world
- Traditional musical instruments can be played on their own original scale or can be played on a chromatic scale as long as it doesn’t affect the sound.
*Submissions must be made within 10 days, starting from the day the Beat Competition results are announced - All members are required to submit a short 30 second Video which can be either a screenshot from a DAW or a live recording.
