3six9 is a leading NFT marketplace that was established in 2022. Our team is actively working on developing a future-proof decentralised application for digital assets, with a focus on NFTs, on Aurora and NEAR Protocol. Our mission is to provide a utilisation-centric platform that enhances user experiences in creating and curating NFTs.
We are currently gaining significant exposure at geNFesT, the largest NFT festival in Malaysia. In line with our commitment to community growth, we are eager to organise more events, both online and offline, to engage with and strengthen our community.
We have successfully conducted over 29 AMA sessions with various community projects, with a particular focus on projects built on NEAR and Aurora.
Planning:
We propose conducting 2 AMA sessions per month, scheduled every two weeks, preferably on Thursday nights at 9 pm GMT+8. Usually, the AMA sessions will be organised via Twitter. However, we are open to accommodating special requests from guests.
Following with the "NFT of the Week. It is a regular showcase featuring creators who have minted their projects on the 3six9 NFT marketplace. This initiative aims to support our artists, creators, and users by offering them increased exposure for their work.
Objectives:
Gain more exposure and engagement for 3six9 on social media, while publicising NEAR Protocol
Attract new users to the 3six9 NFT marketplace platform following the integration of NEAR Protocol on 1 May 2023 and the subsequent UI/UX improvements.
Foster understanding and utilisation of NEAR Protocol among our user base and the broader community.

$100 USD/ AMA: This will cover the costs associated with organising and promoting the AMA sessions.
Breakdown of the $100 USD for each AMA:
We will select 4 listeners from the community to pose questions during the session. These listeners will each receive $25 USD as a token of appreciation for their active participation.

NFT of the Week:
Breakdown of the $75 USD for each NFT of the Week (2 creators shares $75)
We will select 2 creators who minted on 3six9 NFT Marketplace on the week; judgement by designer and social media executor.

Significant increase in our social media followers.
Targeted followers by the end of 2023: 5,000 for each social media platform, such as Twitter and Instagram.
Hosting offline events in universities to engage with a broader audience and create awareness about NFTs and NEAR Protocol.

Suggestions,
Collaborating with artists and other NFT degens in the ecosystem will help your growth, also if you concentrate and channel this energy towards designing some minting bounties or on-chain activities that attract artists and holders instead of focused on AMAs and social media user increases.

I don’t see any difference between social media executor and moderator looking at the role descriptions, is better to merge them together
600$ for designer ! How many posters, flyers and banners is he/her going to provide ? Please resuce this item price or look into it.
200$ for AMAs and 100$ goes to cost of organising AMA is not clear, AMAs are usually organized by social media manager or moderators, what do you mean here ?
And 25$ for only 4 people is not encourage, is better to at least 5$ for lucky 20 participants will help in attract more participants to join, although am not fan of supporting incentives for AMAs or twitter activities. You can either edit this or clarify it.
For August, MDAO must allocate funding with a focus NDC election and BOS. Currently:
We have $203K+ in funding requests coming from the community for August
We have ~$46K to deploy
We cannot fund everyone
The funding we allocate is limited and must align with ecosystem KPIs – which are NDC election and BOS content

Yes, 3six9 is indeed a grantee. Currently, we’ve successfully minted 1751 NFTs on our platform, and we’re committed to expanding our creator base in the future. Our platform has experienced an active transaction volume over the past few months. (pls refer to the screenshot attached below)
Regarding your suggestions, we are actively planning collaborations with artists and have a minting competition on the horizon. However, this plan is temporarily on hold as we’re focusing on enhancing our UI/UX for NEAR integration. Once these improvements are finalised, we’ll proceed with artist onboarding and engaging the broader NFT community. This is why we’re emphasising building a stronger presence on social media platforms first.
In terms of roles, our social media moderators are responsible for content creation and hosting the AMA sessions, while executors handle editing and partnership collaborations for our 3six9 future planning procedure. Designers play a crucial role in our operations, dedicating 4-5 working hours daily to perform the tasks, such as creating the NFT of the Week, AMA posters, visual layout designs of our social media accounts, UI/UX improvements, and offline event materials.
To clarify compensation, the allocation of $200 covers two monthly AMA sessions, with $100 per session dedicated to community rewards. Specifically, our decision to maintain the compensation at $25 for four individuals reflects our priority on the quality of our community over sheer numbers.
