NEAR community, I share with you the report for February 2024, as one of the consuls of Gaming DAO.

Here are the key aspects of my activities for the month:

1. Review of Funding Proposals:

  • Received 16 proposals from various projects.
  • Each proposal was meticulously reviewed.
  • In the end, 4 projects were approved and ratified.

2. Development of Strategies and Milestones for Approved Projects:

  • Communication was established with each of the approved projects.
  • A detailed strategy for collaboration was developed.
  • Milestones were created, upon which the disbursement of funds to projects will be based.

3. Role as Point of Contact (POC) in Gaming DAO:

  • Served a key role within the DAO, acting as the main contact person.

4. Supervision of Approved Projects:

  • Guided projects through all the necessary processes to receive funding.
  • Assisted in drafting proposals on the forum.
  • Helped with the KYC process and the creation of payments in the DAO.

5. Communication with Projects That Were Denied Funding:

  • Established contact with projects that were denied funding.
  • Organized feedback from the Gaming DAO team.

6. Creation of Proposal for HoM and Budget Determination:

  • Developed a proposal for HoM (House of Merit).
  • Determined the final budget for Gaming DAO.

7. Work with Projects Funded in January:

  • Monitored the completion of milestones by the projects.
  • Approved subsequent funding based on the achieved results.

8. Close Collaboration with the Gaming DAO SMM Team:

  • Actively interacted with the SMM team.
  • Generated ideas for posts and participated in content strategy development.

Future Plans:

  • At the end of the month, there will be a review of milestones for projects that have already received partial funding.
  • Decisions will be made on further funding of these projects based on their achievements.
  • Preparing a report on Gaming DAO’s activities for January.
