KPIs and Goals(Tier B)

  • Achieving 60 NEAR Wallet Creations:
  • Targeted Marketing Campaigns: Leverage digital marketing channels such as social media to connect with potential wallet users.
  • Referral Programs: Establish a referral program that incentivizes existing users for introducing new users to the wallet.
  • Educational Content: Create and share accessible guides and tutorials for setting up and utilizing a NEAR wallet.
  • Collaborations: Forge partnerships with influencers or entities to enhance NEAR wallet adoption and host associated events.
  • 1-2 Partnership with NON blockchain companies (TradFi ;Traditional software companies ;AI/ML;Social apps)(Demonstration NEAR to NON blockchain communities):
  • Strategic Networking: Seek and engage with potential partners who share NEAR’s vision and principles.
  • Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the reciprocal advantages of partnerships.
  • Event Planning and Promotion: Meticulously organize and extensively publicize online events to encourage attendance.
  • Follow-Up and Relationship Building: Sustain robust relationships with partners after collaborations to foster future prospects.
  • Establishing 3 Online/offline Events with 30 users (Education of the local communities):
  • Event Diversity: Organize a variety of events such as X space gatherings, Telegram AMAs, and quizzes, aiming for 30 participants each to boost engagement within the NEAR community.
  • Format Integration: Merge online and offline formats to engage a wider audience while preserving a personal experience.
  • Swag Incentives: Offer 9 pieces of swag at the events to stimulate participation and enhance the NEAR brand’s visibility.
  • Continuous Engagement: Sustain regular communication with participants to cultivate a lasting interest in NEAR’s projects.
  • 10-15 Developers 2 training activities:
    A team of 10 to 15 developers will engage in two separate training sessions aimed at improving their technical abilities and promoting collaboration among the group.

  • Reaching 50k Impressions on X:

  • Content Strategy: Develop captivating content that encourages sharing to boost visibility.
  • Community Engagement: Consistently interact with online communities to maintain NEAR’s presence and promote the dissemination of events and subsequent updates.
  • Growing to 100 Active Members on Telegram:
  • Interactive Online Events: Host AMA sessions and online meetups to enhance community engagement.
  • Gamification: Launch challenges and rewards within the community to boost participation.
  • Regular Communication: Ensure consistent and transparent communication with community members.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Establish feedback loops to continuously refine the community experience according to member suggestions.
  • 25 Average Transactions for 30 New NEAR Wallets:
  • Transaction Incentives: Offer rewards or incentives for transactions conducted using new wallets.
  • Use Case Education: Inform users about the various transaction use cases within the NEAR ecosystem.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide comprehensive support and guidance to newcomers executing transactions.
  • Producing 3 Videos with 1,500 Views per Month:
  • Quality Content Creation: Craft high-quality, informative, and captivating video content focused on NEAR.
  • Influencer Collaborations: Forge partnerships with influencers or thought leaders to broaden reach.
  • Multi-Channel Promotion: Leverage all available channels, including social media and email, to promote video content.
  • Community Engagement: Foster community interaction by encouraging sharing and engagement with the video content.

I’ve seen good effort from Near Korea, and they’ve organized several offline activities. However, there’s a need to sharpen focus on partnerships to ensure they align with the existing requirements and stay on track
