We are currently working in 2 long term projects Changa Records (event organizer): we intend to do an event in June 18 Changa Records (label): we aim to develope our label by onboard our artists in Near Protocol, creating our mintbase and NFT’s with the artist’s work.
:NOTE: Digital Nomad event is previewing to reach 700/+ people in the event. Taking in consideration that will be NFT Ticketing like explained before. We will post in our social media that we will be doing NFT Ticketing and we can help and guide people trough the process of onboarding them in order to buy the Ticket (NFT)

:NOTE: After approved, all payout proposals will be for the N values displayed here; members of the Changa Records DAO council and members of the community will have to use this as reference when asking for rewards. Those will be fixed once and if the request is approved by the council of the Creatives DAO. This must be done in order to protect the DAOs funds, otherwise we risk being unable to fulfill our commitments. That also means that members can ask for their payout at any point during the month. The conversion rate will be the adapted according to the N value on the day the funding proposal is submitted.

What advantage you are going to have by being in the NEAR ecosystem compared to other DAOs? For Example, DAOrecords created an audio NFT launch pad (https://daorecords.io) for the artists. As you are a record label, are you going to provide a tool that NEAR and the community could benefit from, in a long run? Could you please share with us your metrics that could measure your success as a DAO?
What tool you will use to sell tickets as NFT? Could you please elaborate more on that? As you are expecting more than 700 people, how you are going to control that huge number of people, introducing them NEAR and explaining to them all steps that they need to fulfill in order to buy a ticket. What with those who don’t have NEAR wallets?
Could you please elaborate more, regarding your onboarding strategy?
We have plenty of “how to use” educational meterials made by Mintbase, Marma J, or Incubadora DAO. Based on your Telegram chat activity and low active members there, I don’t think that your workshop will get enough attention.
It’s a really good idea, however, I feel that you can have an issue with transparency here. Where you will be storing that? How you will add this to your DAO treasury? What about potential conflicts that could occur between the members? How the community will be able to track the status of your gears?
Moreover, please familiarize yourself with the considerations in the guides regarding the proposals and reports below, as your submitted ones don’t follow that:
advantage: - onboarding an already existing physical community into the N ecosystem - supporting N by using Mintbase for the tracks and working together with several creatives (audio & visual artists) > creating more traction within the ecosystem
tool to sell NFTs : - Mintbase; guests will be buying the NFTs beforehand and they will be burned at the event, just like other events that use mintbase for ticketing. We will have an onboarding station in our event and one call on a month to onboard people with NearDrop Campaign
- workshop: -Materials are available but we feel that a workshop has a better impact rather than just guides. We contacted mintbase directly so that our artists can ask questions about minting Nfts, legal status and procedure as well as to offer visibility and promotion for mintbase.
Gear: - the gear will be stored in the changa recs head quarters in sintra, portugal. When the gear will be rented out the value will be converted into N and be sent to the DAO or will be added to the changa rec. account as we are registered as a promoter. Not sure what is meant with tracking the status of the gear but we do have an internal calendar with meetings and events which will also include the rental period of the gear. We will add the rental periods in the according forum post so that the community can keep track.
We are quite new in this type of ecossystem but we want to do it right. From now on all the members from the council will participate in the Forum Posts. Despite that only this account is posting info about Reports and Info, all the council members have active participation in it on the background.

-Onboardings: 55 people
Like explained in the proposal our DAO is lauching a NearDrop Campaign to onboard people. We are asking for the value of 400 USD to do it. With this onboardings, we are automaticly creating a wallet and logging the person into Mintbase platform. Every wallet will contain 2N and it will be explained that the person who gets it can use that value in our Store. At the moment we are updating it with more music and in September we will update and NFT Ticket for our event Digital nomad to happen in October.
Until October:
-Onboardings 230+ people
Until October (the month of our event) we expect to onboard arround 230+ persons including artists, securtity team, NearDrop Campain, etc. Overall Value for NearDrop until October 1200 USD
Our last event Fractal Atmosphere was a success but we fast realized that we only onboarded arround 20 people. That is a number that we are commited to change.

(50-55 new onboarded pax per month which will use the 2N on the Mintbase store to educate about web3. For the month of October we are planning on ticket giveaways when aquiring NFT tickets to create more traffic.)

Stepping in to show some activity and share our future plans regarding Label matters.
We are planning to realease a Album in August in which Changa Records will invite artists to contribute with one track each. We have already released our Compilation with Changa Records artists and it is time to do it with “outside” invitations. This workflow follows the criteria of our events. Fractal Atmosphere (related to “underground” projects located in Portugal) and Digital Nomad (related to projects that are already known internationaly).

Side note from me:
It’d be good if you could add your DAO’s members on-chain and establish yourself more within the CreativesDAO ecosystem, I encourage you to do more collaboration, between other DAOs (like with muti)
bigger traffic on your DAO in terms of the submission of the proposals (like claiming the payouts, adding new members, etc) would be good either in order to raise decentralization within your DAO.
