Alex, thanks for the update. The delivery does not seem to match the budget. Most of this report appears to be the contribution of two or three contributors.
When do you anticipate a full ramp-up and delivery to improve? All items are behind schedule for delivery. Generally, the tasks are not complex deliverables beyond stake-weighted voting, which has not fully started. I understand it may be that new team members are coming up to speed.
The roadmap and timeline lacks resource allocation plans and budgets for each deliverable. Do you have an idea of how much additional hiring is required?
