[Announcement] Change of DAO Councils in Afrostar Guild

We had a change of council members in July

@duchess1 used to be one of our Afrostar Guild council Member for a while

But now, she’s no longer with us since July, as she gained enough knowledge & experience to lead her own DAO #family-dao
