  1. As our goal was to reactivate our community, Videos didn’t have a priority. Furthermore German Videos are pretty expensive.

  2. In the event section in the report above you can see that we had a Near Wallet creation Event. We had 18 participants and got +15 new wallets.
    And we had a Near Bos Quiz with 17 participants. This event also delivered us some new wallets.
    Then we had 2 smaller events with +10 participants. These events delivered us transactions.
    Due to the short funding and the high shipping costs in our area we didn’t send any swags but we hope to do it in February.

You have to consider that we only requested 2000$ and not 2500$ which is applicable for Tier D.
Therefore we put the focus on the KPIs that we found more important in our situation.
