been telling me they spend almost half the month preparing proposal+reports worrying about each new one instead of focusing on more productive work.

Yes, I agree with you; I think quarterly funding is optimal. Furthermore, regional communities should be managed centrally by the NF team.

It would be great to unite all Near Communities, media partners, bloggers, and marketing dao applicants under one umbrella to share 24/7 Near Marketing/ Ecosystem /Community/Events teams news in all regional social media.

Also, we need to revise the list of supported regional communities to ensure they are aligned with NF goals. Some of them can be merged with regional hubs.
