This is my recap of what I’ve done so far from 07/18 - 08/08 + Currently working on and future plans.

Weekly Report 07/18 - 08/08
REDDIT main tasks which were covered:
- Interact with various posts that members liked and engaged with.
- Report and Ban bad actors.
Extra: There is a lot of “meme/funny content” that is being posted regarding other crypto, didn’t proceed with a removal since they create a lot of interactions within Subreddit members.
So far we are growing by around 150 new followers per month, which is a huge push up (almost doubled) if we compare it from April (8.787 page views) to July, (15.184 page views)
A GREAT IDEA WOULD BE TO REWARD THE MEMBERS THAT CREATE THE MOST ENGAGING CONTENT WITHIN THE SUBREDDIT.
Created documentation for our support team
OFFICIAL WORKFLOW FOR DISCORD AND TELEGRAM CMs
- Created a workflow that our community moderators must open before starting their daily tasks since it contains all the instructions to make their daily work easier, more efficient, and organized.
The workflow is subdivided in:
Main Task — ordered by importance.
Optional Task — not in a specific order, those are made to help the CM find always something helpful to do if the main tasks were already covered.
THE IDEA BEHIND THE WF
Boost the average handling time of various tasks, improve the overall quality of the service offered to our community, and make sure that our moderators can engage in multiple tasks efficiently.

To be finished this week
- CREATE AN OFFICIAL WORKFLOW FOR REDDIT MODS
- CREATE A DAILY REPORT FORM FOR OUR TEAM
- CREATE A FAQ PAGE ON GITHUB
Plans for the NEAR future
- CREATE A DAILY CHECK-INS FORM BY IMPLEMENTING THE WORKFLOW AS WELL, WILL BE EASIER TO TRACK VARIOUS MODERATORS.
- CREATE AN OFFICIAL SCHEDULE WITH OTHER MODERATORS AS WELL, TO BE ABLE TO COVER ALL TIME ZONES.
- CREATE AN ITALIAN-SPEAKING-ONLY COMMUNITY (IT’S A BIT TOO EARLY AT THE MOMENT, BUT WOULD PROBABLY BE POSSIBLE IN THE NEXT 3 MONTHS IF WE KEEP GROWING AT THE SAME PACE).
Goals
- Unite our community by making sure to engage with supporters & community members.
- Being able to provide high-quality support to our members.
- Control and reduce scammers & bad actors that create friction within our main communication channels.
- Keep growing and create smaller communities based on language, region, and time zone.
