This week we were able to find a solution to one of our biggest issues so far: assistance confirmation. Users are now able to confirm their assistance through the organizator. The admin can write the ticket ID and it will find it and validate if it has been already confirmed. In case its already confirmed, then a message appears saying that the ticket cant be claimed twice. On the other case, the admin can confirm the assistance and update the ticket metadata to confirmed. The user can see his tickets ordered by confirmed and not confirmed on his profile page.
