I just finished translating Smart contract development guide on LNC into Vietnamese.
Original guide: [https://learnnear.club/smart-contract-development-on-near-using-rust-part-1/](https://learnnear.club/smart-contract-development-on-near-using-rust-part-1/)
Here is my translation: [Phát triển hợp đồng thông minh trên NEAR sử dụng Rust - Phần 1 - Google Docs](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1m0jDzw8rt4dd_rHwplUc9vCEGx3Zy8t9nGYeUOqCAWA/edit?usp=sharing)

Estimate: 2100 words =\> $105 =\> 87.5 NEAR (current price: $1.2)
