Could we add a required field with the link to astrodao to the proposals that were approved?
It will prevent double pay and will be more comfortable to check and make reports and many other advantages

I don’t think Discourse has this functionality + the platform would need to be aware that:
- A thread is a proposal
- The proposal has been
Approved - The poll/proposal is/should go to Astro
Sorry, I didn’t understand well what do you mean.
I mean that the proposal marked [APPROVED] needs to contain the link to the proper proposal on AstroDao. In other words, bundle post on the forum - proposal on astrodao in both directions.
If it’s not possible technically it could be the Rule.
For example, I accidentally found today the 2 proposals on AstroDao which refer to one proposal on gov.near.org . It looks like a mistake, but someone could get double pay
Understood, thanks for sharing the suggestion. I cannot enforce it throughout all funding DAOs, but will consider it for the MarketingDAO. It’s down to the individual funding entity to enforce such a rule

But it will work for all if it starts from the top DAOs (Marketing, Ecosystem, Creatives, etc) as a requirement
The Creatives DAO is independent from the NEAR Foundation, but for the other two will definitely consider

marketing DAO’s payments from 2021
