I agree the meme is very poor quality. We have to set a minimum standard for the quality of output we produce. Thanks for pointing it out.

You can consider this for replacement if you found that as a bad quality meme.
I have made a lot of memes related to near ecosystem apart these 15 which are on near blockchain only.
Rest for quality i am not aware of new guidelines. How to decide if a meme is bad or poor quality.
Is it because i used fingers to point out the missing tyre? I use a mobile for doing all that. Its lenovo k3 note.

And if memes are of bad quality you can disqualify my created contents as that would be the only fair call imo.

Hey @Grace, Regarding the Meme,
Suppose you Find poor Quality Because of the Marked area on the Image! I would say that is the main motto of the Meme itself. Like the guy riding even without a Wheel, he Can balance the Whole Vehicle, and Meme says you can balance anything with NEAR. It brings out Humor while letting people know the importance of NEAR.
If you feel poor Meme because of The Template Itself, I would say that all we need is to upfront the information through Memes with a bit of Humor in it. I suffice the Meme itself made the point.
