Passaram a existir duas funções no Astro DAO: members e everyone. A experiência sem council no mês de Junho nos oferece, para um futuro, um amadurecimento para cumprir esta função em um sistema descentralizado This month, we aimed to deepen the process of decentralizing the DAO and onboarding active members in the governance forum; the Council’s position was terminated and DAO did not request funds for this. Therefore, active members were operating the DAO management by means of their own will. These members were located in two groups on nomadelabel-dao.sputnik: members and everyone. In this process, more people began to interact on Astro DAO, learning to perform CFC, to vote for the CFCs received, to submit polls and transfers. It was an intensive process of education/onboarding of members for the ecosystem. In addition to this, @Gushlewies (manutegus.near) ended up assuming a fundamental role of organizational support, which we consider important to be remunerated as we will describe below. The payout of [100 DAI](https://app.astrodao.com/dao/nomadelabel.sputnik-dao.near/proposals/nomadelabel.sputnik-dao.near-209) was requested from the funding previously earmarked for the proposal[NL records.](http://gov.near.org/t/completed-step-nl-early-near-v-a-pre-production-for-the-first-physical-cripto-nomadelabel-release/22580/4)210 DAI - 500 DAI = 290 DAI On the other hand, in this experience without council, we can see the importance of this role in highlighting each person’s responsibility in the overall organization of the DAO, for this reason we will have this group again next month. The experience without council in the month of June offers us, for the future, a maturation to fulfill this role in a decentralized system. … Balance: current account balance 1.815,19 USD (435,9617 NEAR / 271,887 DAI) Astro DAO: nomadelabel.sputnik-dao.near Link to previous proposal: [[CONCLUDED] Nômade Label DAO June Funding Request - #5 by filmesdeinfiltracao](http://gov.near.org/t/approved-nomade-label-dao-june-funding-request/22741/5) **Projects** Ongoing ones: Girly Magic Fashion Editorial: [http://gov.near.org/t/report-girly-magic-fashion-editorial-status-ongoing/2678](http://gov.near.org/t/report-girly-magic-fashion-editorial-status-ongoing/2678) esse projeto está em curso, tendo sua data de conclusão adiada para 20 de julho this project is ongoing, and this conclusion is programmed to 20th July [https://app.astrodao.com/dao/nomadelabel.sputnik-dao.near/proposals/nomadelabel.sputnik-dao.near-192](https://app.astrodao.com/dao/nomadelabel.sputnik-dao.near/proposals/nomadelabel.sputnik-dao.near-192) Concluded ones: NÔMADE FACTORY: > [@\[REPORT\] Curadoria, cunhagem e divulgação de obras de artistas da Nomade Label](http://gov.near.org/t/report-curadoria-cunhagem-e-divulgacao-de-obras-de-artistas-da-nomade-label/24511): > > Hello fam During month of June I had the opportunity through this curatorship project to meet new people, dialogue, structure the Nomade Factory and exchange knowledge with friends.
