Which proposals we like the most following the tentacles of Octopode (education, research, art, communication, technology, innovation, social, collective), division of resources in each proposal and selection of council members that will assist in each project helping the proponents to accomplish their proposal the best way following the NEAR guidelines.

**Financial transactions:** Payments made in Near, according to the quotation received of 5000 USD in Near.
Remembering that :: TENTACLE:
SOCIAL: Go beyond the virtual community. With the objective of bringing NEAR’s work to the public and to the field, Octopode dao intends to externalize its work to communities, peripheries, schools, community centers, NGOs, associations, collectives and other forms of social associations so that the public outside NEAR may have access to the making and artistic enjoyment, allowing them access to the arts developed by Octopode as well as knowledge of this virtual community. 10% of the value of all funds received from this date on will be destined to a social portfolio, which every quarter will be withdrawn and will benefit families, NGOs, people in vulnerable situations, or social projects focused on art.
Learnings: In a world where there are many problems, we are studying which of these will drive us to solve them. We have 8 tentacles, but every resolution can only be done carefully, little by little, i.e. we must solve 1 tentacle at a time as a DAO.
**Overview:**
We are waiting for the document to be sent for the receipt of the fund, so that we can then make the payment for the projects.
Due to the lack of receipt of the fund, some projects are on hold, such as the purchase of VR for our face-to-face actions that are getting closer, and the purchase of the zoom meting subscription for our classes.
**NEXT STEP:**
Completing the 4 month funding, developing our DAO future, revising the bylaws, completing the first part of the LEAN STARTUP training, completing the research grant quarter. Review roadmapping, improve team and dao functioning. Get to know the NEAR HUB, AND HOW TO USE THE TOOL, CREATE ROOM FOR DAO OCTOPOD. Getting started on developing and planning our physical event.
