Hello NEARians,

Here is my work report for May and June.

- **Meeting Attendance** : Present in all 5 meetings with full attendance, including team sessions with the House of Merit. These meetings duration ranged from 1 to 2 hours each.

- Delegated extra responsibilities to team and community leaders. Engaged regularly in daily discussions with Globe DAO Councils about strategies and planning. Keeping track of all the DAO expenses.

- Prepared compiled report for May, consolidating inputs from all regional guilds. This report shows our progress and suggests areas where we can improve together: ‘LINK TO BE EMBEDED’

- Reviewed proposals for June, offering constructive feedback to ensure they align with our values and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Reviewd all reports of May, providing feedbacks + calculating all their budget according to the KPIs achieved by them.

- Managed communications and interactions with the communities and Congress, facilitating meetings to address concerns and collect feedback.
