**Updated Project Timeline** :
- We started a remodeling process in our [Mintbase Store](https://www.mintbase.io/store/incubadora.mintbase1.near), reviewing prices and reselecting NFTs for sale. We also launched a new store in Mintbase, called “[Incubadora - artists](https://www.mintbase.io/store/artincubadora.mintbase1.near)”. This store will be more focused on the artworks made by Incubadora artists, mainly the ones who are awarded by our Stipend Program. The results so far are great, and we already sold 2 NFTs by Manuela Romeiro
- We were really happy that Incubadora was featured as “Store of the Week” on [Mintbase blog](https://medium.com/mintbase/store-of-the-week-incubadora-dao-3b6c7f4f4d59). The article written by Regina Nogueira was an opportunity to portray our goals and activities to a bigger audience. @JulianaM also participated as a guest in an Instagram live about Web3 hosted by [Mintbase](https://www.instagram.com/mintbase_/)
- The artists awarded in our 2nd [Artist Stipend Program](http://gov.near.org/t/closed-artist-stipend-program-2-programa-de-bolsas-artisticas-incubadora-segunda-edicao/9089/5), started to present their final report. - [Manuela Romeiro](https://www.instagram.com/romeiromanu/) also shared her [report](http://gov.near.org/t/report-artist-stipend-program-2a-edition-2021/15667) with us. During this process, the artist was able to participate in other projects within the NEAR community and connect with other DAO’s like CUDO. - One of the projects Incubadora Vertical supported was [Kawa Kami Virtual Version](http://gov.near.org/t/approved-kawa-kami-virtual-version/9839/2). In February, the artist [Juliana Matsumura](https://www.instagram.com/julianamatsumura/) inaugurated the [Kawa Kami exhibition](https://www.julianamatsumura.com/kawa-kami1.html) in São Paulo at [Casarão do Chá](https://www.instagram.com/casaraodocha/), and minted several [NFT’s](https://www.mintbase.io/store/jmatsumura.mintbase1.near) related to the project evolution. We just can’t wait to experience the virtual version of this initiative

- Also supported by Incubadora Vertical, the project [Travel Podcast](http://gov.near.org/t/approved-travel-podcast/7295) by [Giulia Gallina](https://www.instagram.com/giulia___cat/) louched the first season of her travel literature podcast called “[Zephiro](https://www.instagram.com/zephiropodcast/)”, in which the musician presents books that inspire her and features songs and effects composed by herself. - February has been crucial to design and define the strategies that will make Incubadora reach the next level in the new [Guilds’ Tiering System](http://gov.near.org/t/guilds-tiering-system-an-evolutionary-path-for-community-development/11104). We are working on a new roadmap that will guide our actions across the semester and also developed a [community survey](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfKMQe4ID7V3iMFgB4sjvBctK2-8ZfXJPSkZvO4w0JhtBrbUQ/viewform) to collect feedback from our partners and audience
- We transferred the extra funds in our [Astro DAO](https://app.astrodao.com/dao/incubadora.sputnik-dao.near) to our [incubadora\_defi.near](https://explorer.mainnet.near.org/accounts/incubadora_defi.near) wallet in order to keep on doing DeFi experiments that will increase our DAO’s resilience
**Highlights** :
- We are delighted to announce the four artists awarded with the 3rd edition of our Artist Stipend Program. The winners are: [Francisca Sousa](https://www.instagram.com/techorpsen/), [João Saiote](https://www.instagram.com/notsource/), [Leonardo Gonçalves](https://www.instagram.com/leonardogoncalvescine/) and [Lígia Fernandes](https://www.instagram.com/ligiampfernandes/). This edition had more applicants than the 1st and 2nd editions combined and we increased the jury members from 3 to 4
- Introduction to Afrofuturism: a temporal short circuit was the [3rd Seminar](http://gov.near.org/t/seminar-3-introduction-to-afrofuturism-a-temporal-short-circuit/14959) held by Incubadora’s educational project. It was presented by [Dr. Kênia Freitas](https://www.instagram.com/kenialice/), a researcher and film critic from Brazil. It was a major success, we had more than 30 attendees! We created several wallets and spread airdrops across the participants. The seminar video will soon be available on our [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-CSTeupKcOZbb3jEjcOQeg) channel
Introduction to Afrofuturism Seminar Preview
- We went to São Miguel de Acha village with our fellow partners from [CUDO DAO](http://gov.near.org/c/creatives/cudo-dao/93) to record the pilot episode of our [Artist Interviews by CUDO x Incubadora](http://gov.near.org/t/proposal-artist-interviews-by-cudoxincubadora/13993) project. We spend the day at the marvelous house/atelier of [Manuela Romeiro](https://www.instagram.com/romeiromanu/) and interviewed the artist in the context of her daily life and work. The final video will soon be displayed on our [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-CSTeupKcOZbb3jEjcOQeg) channel. This is the beginning of CUBA SHOTS!!

**Learnings** :
- Based on the experiences shared at the last Artist Stipend Jury meeting it is clear that we need to provide more support to our artistic community on how to apply for our stipend program and other awards in general. Helping artists on building a portfolio and so on is also a good opportunity to us
- Educational materials are crucial to support our activities. The more we grow, the more we need it
- Focusing on long term planning is crucial to increase our DAO’s resilience and growth
