I propose we ratify the internal agreement COMMS agreement per our Oct 28th meeting and documented here: COMMUNICATIONS-tulumcoin - Google Docs. This document will be the ongoing up-to-date COMMS agreement. Note that there are several questions in the document.
In particular, here are the internal COMMs agreement items for your reference.
WEEKLY MEETINGS
Mondays:
Updates
Everyone Send Personal UPDATE email on their week past, URL/link shares, things relevant for TCoin.
Wednesdays:
Check in
Set Agenda WEDNESDAYS by 5pm; add into Agenda Document; share to all in clickup/drive/email for Fri Meeting.
Fridays:
Report/ Priority (try out Francesā Xcel framework)
Friday Zoho/Zoom/RedRex 3-4pm Main GROUP
Main Big Group / Whoever needs to meet to share weekly update / Check in of the week Gone / Setting of priorities for the week to come / down the trackā¦ this does not require everyone, just 1 person from each focus group, to cross pollinate and report from their area of the weekās outcomes)
Friday Zoho/ZOOM/RedRex 4-5pm Focus GROUP/S
By Topics of work focus groups meet eg. Tokenomics chat / Marketing chat / Storytelling & Content chat / Tech Development Chatā¦ depending on what needs focus from Prior chat.
AIM: Discuss what was achieved in the week gone, Set tasks for week ahead; put tasks and a lot them to names with dates for finishing, in Clickup, whilst on the call; task oriented, moving fwd always.
EVERY 2 WEEKS IRL
FRIDAYS 3-5 Digital Jungle

(or at other/wifi/focused space inside no distractions ā suggestions)
FOR CLEAR COMMUNICATIONS;
Weekly; every meeting, have an AGENDA (word doc template) and assign a Scribe to take meeting MINUTES (write down key points of whole meeting).
Every week save the Minutes document in Gdrive Folder named āMEETING MINUTESā and the file is to be named:
Minutes āinsert date in format d/m/yā + Main Topic
Eg. Minutes 1/7/2022 Comms, Brand, Values
Add in recordings of zooms for these weekly meetings also in same folder ā labelled with DATE of meeting. In same Format ^ written.
PENALTIES
Demerit points for going outside guidelines of behavioural standards
1 time written warning
2 times written warning (off the council)
3 times your out (out of the DAO)
