[PROPOSAL] Partner with PayCool to develop Tulum Coin payment app

This is a proposal to execute a partnership a license & royalty agreement with PayCool for them to create a custom Tulum Coin payment app, once we have a legal entity. Hence, this is contingent on the DAO LLC proposal that I also submitted today or we otherwise get a legal entity to sign a contract as.

The custom Tulum Coin payment app will have the following deliverables per Schedule 1:

  1. Tulum Branded Pay.Cool iOS App in Spanish/ English
  2. Tulum Branded PaylCool Android App Spanish/ English
  3. Merchant Directory with Mapping and enhanced images
  4. Merchant Directory with Search Function
  5. Merchant Form with tags field
  6. .CSV download tool for transactions

In exchange for making the app, PayCool will take 1% of royalties earned from the seller discount:

TLM shall pay royalty reward at the rate of 1 (one) per cent on all transaction rewards of the product developed by PayCool, as per the MetaForce compensation plan and outlined rewards distribution in Schedule II.
