Purpose: The main purpose of this project is to bring cis women, trans women, non-binary and transvestites artists to Mintbase (NEAR blockchain) to mint their artworks in the FEMINU Store in order to be able to participate in the FEMINU International Exhibition ( Feminine Universe NFTs) that will take place in a parcel in Cryptovoxels, Vibes by the C, in August 2022.
The intention is to give visibility to the artists’ works, provide meetings, exchange of ideas and information. In addition, the artists will learn about Near blockchain, mint nfts and metaverse in this process of onboarding and submissions for the exhibition.
Justification (benefits): The relevance of this project is precisely to introduce NEAR blockchain to various cis women, trans women, non-binary and transvestite artists, who will participate in the International FEMINU exhibition with minted works in the FEMINU DAO store. This is important, because in the art market as in all markets, these minorities are underpaid and do not have the same opportunities as men. We need to pay attention and bring all possible support to promote events that put them in the spotlight.
The FEMINU International Exhibition aims to achieve this goal and for that to happen, onboarding is essential not only because all the artworks in the exhibition will be on Mintbase (NEAR blockchain), bringing visibility to both artists and Near, but also because the project aims to be a gateway for several artists in this universe.
Project: In order to fulfill our goal, two Brazilian artists who previously participated in the first edition of FEMINU, @mayramendes and @ritamaria will be responsible for helping artists to build their NEAR cards and be added to the FEMINU DAO store.
It will take 12.5 NEAR in 0.25 N airdrops to onboard 50 artists (cis women, trans women, non-binary artists and transvestites)
Timeline
After approval the airdrops will be distributed until the end of July 2022, when the report will be delivered.
Budget
To pay the organizers: 150 USD in NEAR. (75 USD each)
For Onboarding: 12,5 NEAR [any funds not used in this topic will be returned to the Onboarding DAO].
