Initiative Summary: Incubadora DAO is a laboratory for experimentation in arts + technology. It is a platform to promote the collaboration between artists, academics, curators, creatives and cultural practitioners.

Thanks to the Marketing DAO support plus the growing refinement of our promotional targeting and coordinated communication actions, Incubadora has been able to increase Its visibility and impact. Check our last report.

WEBSITE

Management: update information, content and images. Maintenance of the web page layout, making the website the primary resource of information about our events, activities, partnerships and projects = 200$

INSTAGRAM

Grow social media engagement, producing content with links that will lead to the NEAR ecosystem. Creating three or more posts per week + several stories, connecting with related pages and refining the targeting audiences, searching for and publicizing the initiatives our community partners are promoting = 200$ + 20$ to promote our initiatives with IG ads

TWITTER

Grow social media engagement, producing content with links that will lead to the NEAR ecosystem. Creating two to five posts and retweets per week in order to increase our visibility to art and technology enthusiasts and attract new audiences to our activities = 200$

NFT AIRDROPS

Develop specific NFTs to increase awareness of the NEAR Protocol NFT ecossystem and airdrop them on twitter and Instagram = 200$

MARKETING RELATED TO ART HORIZON DAPP

Incubadora DAO is developing an NFT related app and we want to create a landing page where people can subscribe to the launching details and features. = 150$

NFT AND ART ARTICLES

To be displayed on our website and social media. This project substitutes the tutorial efforts we have made in the last 6 months, as we believe most topics are covered. We want to focus on NFTs as we feel that is the field in which we can deliver more results to the NEAR ecosystem. The value requested is for 2 articles. = 300$

For example

Content → Writing → guide > $400 / KPIs, goals, metrics
Social media → Twitter → $400 / KPIs, goals, metrics/
Etc.

And exclude not supported categories.

·Social media → Twitter → $200
Goals: Grow social media engagement, producing content with links that will lead to the NEAR ecosystem. Creating two to five posts and retweets per week in order to increase our visibility to art and technology enthusiasts and attract new audiences to our activities.
KPIs: profile views, number of impressions of tweet, new followers.
Metrics: Growth of 10% in all.

· Social media → Instagram → $200
Goals: Grow social media engagement, producing content with links that will lead to the NEAR ecosystem. Creating three or more posts per week + several stories, connecting with related pages and refining the targeting audiences, searching for and publicizing the initiatives our community partners are promoting.
KPIs: new followers, number of accounts achieved, number of accounts with interaction.
Metrics: Growth of 10% in all.

· Social media → Ads Instagram→ $20
Goals: Using the Meta Business advertising tool we will boost some posts.
KPIs: number of accounts achieved with the posts boosted.
Metrics: 10% increase in likes on these posts compared to unpaid posts.

· Social media → Airdrop→ $200
Goals: Develop specific activities to increase engagement at our social media ecossystem and create airdrops of Nears and NFT on twitter and Instagram.
KPIs: number of participants in our activities with airdrops
Metrics: Increase in 10% the number of retweets and stories share.

· Content → Website→ $200
Goals: update information, content and images. Maintenance of the web page layout, making the website the primary resource of information about our events, activities, partnerships and projects.
KPIs: number of visits in our website per month, webpage traffic per country
Metrics: reach 1000 visits each month, to be presente in all continents in at least one country.

· Content → Editorials→ $300
Goals: NFT and Art Articles to be displayed on our website and social media. This project substitutes the tutorial efforts we have made in the last 6 months, as we believe most topics are covered. We want to focus on these contents as we feel that is the field in which we can deliver more results to the NEAR ecosystem. The value requested is for 2 articles.
KPIs: number of views of the article in our website, number of likes on posts and tweets related to these articles, number of users redirected from social media to our website.
Metrics: reach 1k views

· Content → Other→ $150
Goals: Incubadora DAO is developing an NFT related app and we want to create a landing page where people can subscribe to the launching details and features. This amout is for the marketing related to Art Horizon dapp.
KPIs: number of subscriptions
Metrics: Dapp landing page: reach 750 subscriptions
