The mission of the Nothin But Hits Clothing DAO is to build a community of engaged members who want to create a eco-conscious community and promote environmental awareness. We will do this by onboarding new members to our ecosystem by offering NFTs on the NEAR blockchain. These NFTs will be paired with a physical item to show their support on and off the blockchain. These will give members access to exclusive perks and have a say in governance and the overall direction of the DAO. We also aim to donate 10% of net profits to various environmental organizations aimed at creating a more sustainable future.

Here is a summary of our Nothin But Hits community

Metrics to Measure Success:

  • Hire a 3D designer and Create the final NFT

  • Onboard 10 new members into the NEAR ecosystem

  • Mint 10 NFTs on Mintbase

  • Sell at least 10 with NFTs and produce at least 10 custom items with the heat press to pair with NFT

  • Donate 10% of net sales to the community-chosen environmental organization

Hey @bpatt
Your proposal doesn’t follow community guidelines. Please create separate topics for each project of your DAO and link them to the monthly proposal, as a budget breakdown.

Thanks in advance!

Hey @Paul,

We are a little unclear about what you mean by creating separate topics for each project of our DAO. Could you please clarify that process for us?

We believed we followed the template in the “[GUIDE] How to submit a funding proposal to Creatives DAO”, and referenced other approved proposals to make sure our formatting aligned with those posts. However, it seems we may have missed something.

Would you mind linking a specific proposal that demonstrates the exact format you are referring to so we can make the proper adjustments promptly?

We are eager to start onboarding new members as soon as possible so any additional guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Hi @bpatt, you should create a separate post for each proposal with detailed information on how the budget are going to be allocated. After breaking down each proposal, then you can make a general post that contains all of them … you can check other proposals for help.

Hi @larkim

If I’m understanding you correctly, you are saying our main overarching proposal should be comprised of multiple mini proposals listing the different “projects” or tasks/actions that need to be done to accomplish the overall goal of the proposal. Is that correct?

Yes. That’s correct.

Hey @larkim, thanks for the clarification! We will make the adjustments and edit our proposal with the additional sub proposals.

Hey @Paul, @larkim, and @creativesdao-mods, we have finished updating/amending our main September 2022 proposal with the new sub-proposals as instructed!

Please see the initial post in this thread for review. Hopefully, we met all the required community guidelines this time!

Thank you again for your time and consideration.

Hey, @bpatt
Unfortunately, the majority of community mods voted for closing this proposal in September.

Feel free to submit a new one in the next month, as you already know how to write proposals, please include more details about your objectives, who will be engaged, targets of the payouts (its potential route), and what value to the NEAR you will add by accomplishing your activities. Also, feel free to join the Creatives DAO on Telegram and chat a little with other members of the community.

Have a great week!

Hey @Paul, thank you for closing the loop. We appreciate the communication!

We noticed on other approved proposals a moderator would list the reasons why the proposal was approved. Can someone from @creativesdao-council explain what our proposal lacked and how we can improve our proposals to meet community requirements?
