The Guild is Requesting Fund for October Operations through Various Medium and Various Activities. With the Scope and Responsibility Mentioned.

Activity 1 - Moderation and Admin Activities of [Instagram](Login • Instagram)

Scope: Increase the Tamil Community Activity & Engagement in Instagram’

Target: 50+ Genuine Followers

Preferred Task: Frequent Promotion of NEAR Ecosystem

Activity 2 - Moderation and Admin Activities of Twitter

Scope: Increase the Tamil Community Activity & Engagement in Twitter

Target: 100+ Genuine Followers

Responsibility: @cryptotamizhan + Super Admin Collaboration

Preferred Task: Frequent Promotion of NEAR Ecosystem

Activity 3 - Moderation and Admin Activities of Telegram

Scope: Increase the Tamil Community Activity & Engagement in Telegram
Target: 100+ Genuine Followers

Responsibility: @King + Super Admin Collaboration

Preferred Task: Frequent Promotion of NEAR Ecosystem

Activity 4 - Reward Bounty - Facilitation and Moderation

Scope: Increase Engagement of Tamil Community Through Various Bounty and Tips through Various Social Media Platforms

Target: 3 Bounty For October, Tips For Active Engagement Through Platforms.

Funding Allocation:

Guild Moderatos/Leaders - 500USD/ Person = 2500USD + Super Admin Collaboration 500 USD = Total = 3000 USD

AMA - 500 USD

I find that the payout is a bit to high given that the Guild is just starting out. Is there a way for us to start with a smaller group of core members / moderators?

  1. Instagram:

The Insta account is still active, we will show the progress in coming weeks, we delayed in process since we didn’t get proper approval and in coming days, we will show up more visibility to the community, initially we are going to concentrate on the telegram and twitter.

  1. Twitter handle:

Agree probably we are on initial days; we will try to accumulate more people with quality of post in Tamil and English bilingual. Hope the bounty programs will attract more people.

  1. Logo Bounty plan:

The above LOGO mentioned is not been selected based on the reward bounty. The logo design bounty plan was a futuristic execution to attract more people to the community.
Note: The mentioned bounty rewards on the proposal are futuristic plans, awaiting for funds.

  1. Telegram User Access:
    Telegram account is active and anyone can able to join in the group. Since you might have issue with your telegram account. Please refer below link for more info on why the group shows private.
