Hi @Yasin – thanks for the proposal and submitting the form. I’m not currently able to support this proposal. Here are my concerns and reasons:

• Your channels are very early stage. While I know we all have to start somewhere in order to grow, we are working with a limited budget after our relaunch, and we have to make difficult choices about which projects to fund. I think you need to spend a little more time building your community and engaged audiences on your channels.
• I mean no disrespect, but the YouTube content is not up to the quality standard I am looking for when I review proposals. It is essentially a screen recording with a voiceover. To fund original content creation in our current market, I am looking for content that displays a unique point of view, perspective and personality that I am confident will attract new audience members and keep them coming back for more.
• Under our new guidelines, we cannot allocate funding for moderators.

In terms of a way forward for your community – as I do see the value in NEAR content becoming more widely available in Farsi – I would recommend continuing to build your channels and keep an eye out for the bounties that we will be posting this year. They may offer an opportunity for content creation around specific campaigns we are prioritizing in the ecosystem. Thanks!

Thanks for your proposal. I agree with the feedback of @so608 on the nature of your traction on the current channels and the overall quality of the work. We’re up against much tighter budgets from this point onwards.

We understand this issue and the budget limitation and we agree that we can be stronger and our social media should be more active and we should work a little more.
We agree that our work was good, but it could be great, however, we will come back in a few weeks with another proposal and better changes and clearer allocation. These answers are also good for us, but in the context of YouTube, our videos have an educational aspect because There was no video in this field and it was necessary for the users to produce these contents as well, and the graphics also worked well, but we accept that we must be better.

Hi @Yasin i have fully reviewed your proposal and comments from fellow council.

I believe that regional groups that promote awareness of Near by translating into other languages play an important role in building the ecosystem. I note your recent reply to @Klint and @so608 an see that you understand that at this stage it would be best to work organically by building content.

Therefore, i am unable to support and moved this proposal to Closed.
