Important: It is intended to submit the project in MARKETING-DAO again for the month of APRIL, and so progressively during the year, to maintain constancy in the work and marketing of DAO, in view of the growth of demands due to the progress of DAO and the Store in Social Networks.

OBJECTIVE:
Progressively activate the marketing of DAO and the METAVERSE DAO Store, through social media (TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE, DISCORD, SITE).
Engage the target audience (investors, collectors, artists, art admirers, people interested in NFTs, in knowing and participating in the Metaverse store, investing in our coin, the Metacoin).
Publicize Metacoin and the importance of investing in this cryptocurrency created by our DAO.
Publicize the projects that are carried out within the DAO.
Disclose the events held by the DAO within the metaverse, which will provide the disclosure of NEAR, MINTBASE, Metacoin and the technological connection between the platforms (CRYPTOVOXELS and MINTBASE).
Maintain and post video content from DAO projects on METAVERSE DAO’s Youtube Channel.
Organize playlists to continue providing content for the community.
Creation and Development of the METAVERSE DAO’s Website, for dissemination and important information to the public.
Continue with the activation and progressive work of the social networks of Metaverse, improving the work, so we can find our audience efficiently, paying qualified professionals who are part of the DAO.

BACKGROUND:

Given that we are connected to social networks on a daily basis, the use of social networks for Marketing is recurrent. We see too many advertisements, photos, and videos.
Thinking about our DAO, we believe that we can use the social networks in a professional way (SOCIAL MEDIA), with digital marketing, constancy in posts, planning and strategies, which will benefit the DAO members and the events held, as the MINTBASE platform and NEAR.
We also analyzed the importance of having a place (virtual) organized for conversation between DAO members, artists, administrators, in view of this need for a suitable place and that has been spreading Discord was the best choice for this proposal. Besides that, the Discord will be a place where a new participant of the DAO will be able to better understand the whole new context where he is, in a welcoming environment with several tools for him to start his participation in the DAO and the MINTBASE-NEAR network.
Besides having analyzed and talked, we have arrived at the construction of the project, the people who develop it are professionals, so there is the quality of the work to be done, as well as growing projects already being thought for the coming months.

MONITORING SCHEDULE AND MORE ATTENTION BY THE DEVELOPER

The developer Vinicius Pereira will monitor the discord in the morning from 9am to 10am and in the afternoon between 8pm and 10pm (Brasilia Time (BRT), UTC -3), to maintain the functioning of the active rules, and give the necessary warnings, and answer questions from the participants of Gambiarra on the server.

Ex: " - How do I join the event in the metaverse?".

ESTIMATED PARTICIPANTS

Considering that about 76 members participate in the telegram channel, it is assumed that in March the server will have about 80 to 100 members.

At the end of the month (03/2022) and beginning of April a PDF document will be presented, with an analysis that the professional himself will do about how the growth is, what the demands were, what to take to next month’s proposal.

Carry out the development of a METAVERSE DAO website with the goal of disseminating the actions, projects, presentations about Metaverse and Metacoin.

Gallery (Photo of events held by METAVERSE DAO in the Metaverse portion of the CRYPTOVOXELS);

Events (Portfolio of events already held by METAVERSE DAO and agenda with upcoming events);

Contact (Social Networks of the DAO, Short Presentation of the DAO members).

Each month will be updated, and necessary pages will be added, such as specific projects, among others.

 RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS;
We will do the research and analysis, on what are the best times to post on METAVERSE DAO's instagram through the first posts, as well as our audience.
In addition to a research on what are the best hashtags, and in case of sponsored publication which is our largest audience (from the analysis), in addition to what time, and what is the location (Countries) that access the instagram.

POSTAGES and COPYWRITING:
Every week up to five weekly posts will be made, with copywriting included. (Posts about events, photos of events and the spaces, Metacoin, etc.).  

A background will be developed for the posts to have: art, callout and logo of METAVERSE DAO.

CAMPAIGNS (external action):

There will be campaigns and reminders for everyone to click on the heart image of the post made on METAVERSE DAO’s profile and that if possible Repost and Share of the published content will be done.

STORIES:
A presentation card will be developed for Metaverse's Stories, so that every week three Stories will be made, which further activates the DAO brand.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

This month traffic management will not be implemented, we will do an initial analysis first.

REPORT:

At the end of each month a PDF will be presented to METAVERSE DAO, with metrics, development, results of the work done, with prints, and download files.

Twitter @Met4verseDao was created in February 2022 in light of the need to publicize DAO, the DAO Metaverse, and Metacoin, as well as other important information. I was invited by Concil The Philosopher to work on the Twitter of METAVERSE DAO, and start the publicity work of the same, considering that I’m a professional working in the area, besides being an artist, I’m Social Media, Traffic manager, designer, arts teacher.

Research generates knowledge
To make the publications on Twitter of METAVERSE DAO, weekly research will be done, about Near, about events held, trends in Metaverse.

Disclosure
Once a week on Telegram and on the Discord of METAVERSE DAO there will be an action to encourage the use of @Met4verseDao and the hashtag #Met4verseDao. The goal of this action is to increase the notifications, thus generating more Retweets and new publications in the profile. There will also be campaigns and reminders for everyone to click on the image of the heart of the publication made in the profile @Met4verseDao and to Retweet it if possible.

List
Creation and maintenance of the Twitter List, with the goal of having it always updated with new members, divulging even more the DAO and the METAVERSE DAO Metaverse.

METAVERSE DAO
Subjects related to DAO will also be divulged in the profile. Let’s work in an integrated way being always transparent about the DAO actions.

Statistics
Every month end a report will be delivered with the numbers of Metaverse’s profile on Twitter, with data such as likes, retweets and followers.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLAN (Youtube) for METAVERSE DAO

The Youtube Channel will be created as soon as the proposal is approved.

Being the NEAR Metaverse Connection Center a space that presents itself as a place that hosts parties, events, exhibitions, shows, courses, workshops, among other group actions, the communication team understands that Youtube is an essential tool for the promotion of METAVERSE DAO.
All these actions can be registered in photos and videos to be published in the channel. An example was the opening party for the “Week of 22” exhibition (in partnership with Gambiarra DAO), which brought together more than 50 people. At the party the DJ playing could be filmed and photographed to generate this historical record content. In the space where the exhibition took place with 30 artists could also have photo and video and generate this historical content of that area receiving a large event with many participants, including Youtube presents itself as an efficient social network for dissemination, allowing the description of the videos put up to 5 thousand characters, and thus possible to have access to the list of exhibition participants with the link to each artist’s work.
In addition, it is possible to register the courses and workshops that have taken place and also advertise them.
Another action is the creation of Channel Playlists to organize in an efficient way videos of common interest, from partners, friends, and projects. The Youtube channel can also receive other videos such as interviews, meetings, news, and we are open to receive all the content generated by our community.

Timeline:
In the first week of March the METAVERSE DAO Server will be created on Discord.
Weekly posts will be made, as shown in the project in the item above.
Besides the posts, the professionals will be responsible for example: Retweeting, sharing stories, answering and forwarding interested in participating in the actions of METAVERSE DAO.
In the last week an analysis of the statistics, improvements, and media will be done, and each professional will make a report that will be delivered to the DAO, in PDF format, as well as to whoever requires it, maintaining transparency.
In this last week of the month a proposal will already be written for the following month, containing the demands and the necessary actions to meet them.

PROJECT ACCOUNTING:

During the month of March, although we started work after the proposal was approved shortly after the beginning of the month, we had good results.

Through Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, events, metacoin and post-events were publicized.

In addition, the front-end created the Metaverse-DAO website in a very timely manner, bringing a fun and pleasant design to remember the metaverse space.

You can access a visual map to buy Metacoin, we had prospecting, and through marketing metacoins were sold.

We also had the honor to have as a follower the Brazilian TV host, blogger MariMOON.

The discord channel, despite having few members yet, has the events organized, links and descriptions in each channel. Besides having a welcome bot always welcoming new members to the server.

Our reach numbers were high, and we had good interactions. The Metatronic @Isa_Danoninho and 4woman with @macieira events were well publicized through posts and reeels.

After we found out that there was already a Youtube channel we held meetings with some members of the DAO and with the person responsible for the videos to understand the dynamics of the work and add more value to the audiovisual content generated by him.

The events and activities held at the MetaverseDAO building at Cryptovoxels are of great importance for the marketing team, because they generate more content needed to spread the word about how important the site is in the ecosystem. During February Alexandre Macieira was in constant contact with Isa Danoninho to understand how the events schedule was made so we could help in the elaboration of an annual schedule. In March we organized the agenda and held together an exhibition in honor of the women’s month and another individual exhibition. At the end of March we also held the 4th edition of MintbaseSunday.

Marketing and Advertising Work

Tasks Performed: Social media, design, graphic arts, copywriting, website, sharing, tweets, retweets, interactions with artists and DAOs, among other tasks.

We started work on 03/01/2022 and concluded today 03/31/2022, with the delivery of this report.

WE HAVE DECIDED NOT TO WORK WITH THE METAVERSE DAO ANYMORE.

Learning:

Working in a team is very rewarding, especially when the team is well consolidated.

Numbers may be essential, but a job well done will bring good results.

Next steps: We will focus on other work, we no longer want to work with Metaverse Dao.

DISCORD SERVER: 23 members (all new), 4 announcements, 2 events, 9 news, 6 posts (complete tutorial on how to buy metacoin), 6 NEAR tutorials, 65 mints from the Metaverse store (including the 3 DAO magazines).

Weekly follow up.

SITE: Site with a total of 5 pages, in navigation we have links (Home, Metaverse, Events, Networks and Metacoin) within the Events page contains the 2 links that interact to the events held at Dao (Metatronic and 4Women) each event with a description and photos. On the home page there are 2 videos about the Metaverse DAO youtube events, on the Metaverse page it talks a little bit about what is the Metaverse DAO and its goals, on the Networks page there are links to the Metaverse DAO’s social networks and on the Metacoin page it talks about the cryptocurrency, the benefits that the individual has when buying it and also a tutorial on how to acquire the cryptocurrency.

TWITTER: 159 followers (50 new followers), 23 tweets, 6,659 tweet impressions, 3,834 profile visits, and 96 mentions.

We still had actions such as clicking on the heart drawing and commenting on numerous publications throughout the month of February. Besides interacting with the publications that used our hashtag #Met4verseDAO #METAVERSE #METACOIN #Met4verseNear and also monitoring the notifications of our profile.

INSTAGRAM: 160 followers, 13,067 people reached, 33,892 impressions, we had follower highlight, Verified follower Marimoon Brazilian TV presenter is following MetaverseDao on Instagram.

As we presented in the March proposal, MetaverseDAO’s Youtube Channel would be created to develop a work to divulge all the events and activities that happen in the DAO’s building at Cryptovoxels. After approving the proposal and talking to the DAO board members we found out that there was already a Youtube channel since January. We had not been told this information before. In contact with the person responsible for the channel videos, we had some conversations to understand the dynamics of the work and suggested some actions to develop a strategic plan to integrate the content generated on Youtube with other social networks such as Instagram and Twitter. The strategic plan for a better use of the YouTube content would be presented in April’s proposal.
