Presenting Near Health 05/2022 activities according to our roadmap:
Item 1: Organizing online events:
-We are invited to speak in a Texas based Project’s Webinar, the KTR capital webinar organized by CEO, Adrian Cravioto MD. MSc on blockchain tech applications and Defi in healthcare, KTR capital owns the Healthcare Money Asset on ETH, we are getting them to Near.
-we are going to co-host a webinar on zoom in collaboration with the African Medical Students Association(FAMSA), this is more like a lecture where we’ll teach students and doctors with visual zoom presentation the concept of blockchain and Near protocol and how it can be applied in the healthcare sector
Audience for the webinars
First webinar, the audience would be doctors ,health professionals and health entrepreneurs invited by the oncologist, Dr Adrian, we are also just invited to speak.
For the second webinar with FAMSA, the audience are medical students, paramedics and few doctors, I personally have been at those webinars several times, I well know the audience and its always a massive tune in.
We will have no problem getting attendees to the webinars as it’s collaborative, we’ll just announce it so that our current community members could also attend, but the bodies we are collaborating with will do the most outreach for audience, like FAMSA is a huge students’ body, they have their verified twitter account and several social media accounts, they have their PRO unit that take care of such things

These webinars will be important,
for KTR capital, we are attending their webinar as a separate entity from Near protocol,
while for the Federation of Africal Medical Students Association(FAMSA), we are organizing the webinar in collaboration with the body so it will be a more educational and we will get maximum attendance.
We are inviting one of our advisors(advisors details on our intro post), Dr Olorukooba , a consultant Public Health physician, MBBS, MSC, MNPMG, FWACP, PHIFP, with a PhD in health informatics, He recently founded CODEMEDIx which is a US based not for profit organization for training medical students and doctors on Coding, Advanced Computer Applications, Informatics research, Data science and Artificial Intelligence with the Vision of making every doctor learn how to code and use computer applications to improve public health and healthcare delivery in the world. Also Cofounded AnywhereMedic which is a UK based PMR system which uses Artificial intelligence and blockchain technology for clinical decision support and preservation of records for patients.
then two speakers from Near health, and we’ll also get someone from Near foundation or the education team to speak during the webinar as it’s institutional and for education.
Item 2: collaborating with guilds:
- we’ll collaborate with Cyperphunk guild to discuss on twitter space about privacy based projects on Near and how we can leverage them in the healthcare sector
-We will collaborate with Near Australia and Near Canada to run our first public good project, details below
Item 3: exploring and working with Near projects:
I received a message on telegram from a guy saying whose friend is building a dApp that aims to create authentication from manufacturers of drugs to maintain transparency of original drugs which they have a prototype on ETH and now wants to integrate it to NEAR, we want to publish and make more videos on how to leverage Near’s infrastructure for healthcare applications, those are easy to find than checking our group messages or listening session recordings.
We will publish articles and make educational videos(reaching out to some project teams to appear in the video and explain more) about the following projects and what they can do to the healthcare sector

Item 4: Launching our first public good project

Item 6: Participating in healthcare industry events to talk about Near and blockchain, we’ll do this as much as we can, we will request, show interest to participate
This quote above makes us realized that we need to do things in this field, it’s said that eventually every future health worker must learn how to program because computers
are taking away the luxurious jobs, and we start right with Near protocol that has the best learning tools and programs.
Success Metrics will be the number of people we reached, number of people we introduce to Near, health related projects that wants to build on Near, the growth and participation in our community etc.
We will keep record of the number of people we reached and those that actively participate, wallets we create, people we onboard to near university, the growth of our community and social accounts, article and video views, people interested in health web3 startup in our community etc.
Impacts and value to the Near ecosystem
-Taking NEAR and NEAR NFTs to the masses and hospitals
-Reaching thousands of people with our activities and promoting Near in good fate
