We are requesting the following:
- 150$ x 24 artists for 24 performing artists , 3600$ in total
- Door ticketing person for day time venue 60euros or 70$
- Door ticketing person for night time venue 30 euros or 40$
- Extra day PA hire for day time venue 200$ as we are required to setup the day before the event
- Extra engineer for night time venue ADAO = 110$
- Flight from Germany for headliner : 200$
- Logistics van hire for 2 days to handle production, artist and bar equipment transport needs: 200$
- Bar staff x 2 for 8 hours for day time venue: 2x80 = 160 euros or 180$
Total requested = 4600$
