NEAR Integration Navigation and Education System (NINES)

This project is the next iteration of the Web3 Navigation Tool project that we launched in March (see March Approved Project Proposal linked above). Our vision is to streamline and systematize the NEAR onboarding and navigation process and increase mainstream user engagement. We are designing an interactive web3 learning platform, onboarding support program, mentorship program and a community liaison network.
Budget: $1000 for project development and management
April Timeline:
- Conduct customer discoveries
- Systematize NEAR onboarding protocols, tutorials
- Systematize NEAR learning pathways
- Catalog resources to be featured in Web3 Learning Space (to be hosted on NEAR Hub)
- create glossary
- Create link library of key NEAR sites, articles, blogs, features, etc
- Develop community liaisons training
- Put out a call to NEAR community for (paid) mentors to host office hours via NINES
