[PROPOSAL] Communication strategies for Writer’s Guild (September)

Here is our proposal to keep the job on Communication for Writer’s Guild!

  1. OBJECTIVE

As the actions of our communication strategies started in July and continued in August, now we’re going to do the third step of it.

As a proposal where the result comes in the long run, we are happy with what we are making and excited with what is coming to the Writer’s Guild communication audience.

_Application of content strategy
We are going to continue the strategy content adopted by the Writers Guild. We’ve finally build a identity on social media and, for september, we pretend to show how big this community are, who are our partners, what is the web3 and how we do what we do, teaching people and enjoy then to be part of Writer’s Guild, as well as continuing to show what we’ve produced over the last few months. You should see content like this:

Instagram: 02 posts per week on feed and 02 posts on Stories (in Portuguese and English)
Instagram: 02 reels
Twitter: 02 posts per week (in Portuguese and English)

_Community management actions
We are going to start more integration actions on Telegram, and invite some members to contribute with our content creation with audios and videos

The council are gonna make two Spaces on Twitter, reaching the Portuguese-speaking and English-speaking audiences, answering questions and evaluating texts. We will help then with sharing and broadening your audience’s reach.

  1. GOALS

Reach 100 organic followers on Instagram and 100 on Twitter;
Promote interaction between group members on telegram;
Bring Writers Guild closer to other nearby and partner guilds
Motivate people to share our content

  1. BUDGET

Apply strategy: 150 USD in DAI
Social networks management: 300 USD in DAI (150 USD for each platform)
Instagram and Twitter Ads: 50 USD in DAI

TOTAL: 500 USD in DAI

  1. COMMUNICATION CREW

Com.Tato is a brazilian communication agency that believes in an authentic, humanized and accessible communication model for all audiences. Our goal is to promote real connections and experiences, engaging the audience through content.

Alex Zani is editor-in-chief of Fazia Poesia (the biggest brazilian poetry Medium’s publication), a project that starts in 2016 and now has more than 230 poets, with 25,000 monthly hits, and editorial producer at NADA Studio Criativo, where is responsable for independent books publication. He organizes poetry workshops, is co-host at Falando em Poesia, Fazia Poesia’s podcast and, of course, he’s also a poet in his spare time.
