PROPOSAL
BeatDAO requests $3600 in NEAR tokens for the second half of 2024. The requested funds will be allocated to the DAO treasury under the stewardship of the Operational Committee. This allocation ensures that resources are available to support and execute the proposed activities in alignment with BeatDAO’s governance structure and decision-making processes. The Operational Committee, as outlined in the Governance Statement, will oversee the strategic deployment of these funds to maintain and advance the DAO’s initiatives.
Expected outcome:
- Increased engagement and growth of the BeatDAO
- Expansion of the Collectors group in the DAO
- NEAR Mixtape Burning Event
- Enhanced content creation across multiple platforms
Activities & timelines:
- July-September: Launch Collectors group and execute NEAR Mixtape Burning Event
- July-December: Continuous content creation for TikTok, X, YouTube, and NEAR Social & Pursue and establish new partnerships
- November-December: Initiate Second Wave Airdrop to active wallets on-chain within the DAO
KPIs:
- Increase BeatDAO membership by 25% by end of 2024
- Achieve 30 active Collectors by December 2024
- Reach 100,000 combined views on content across all Web2 platforms
- Airdrop of 40B $BLACKDRAGON tokens to the BeatDAO community by December 2024

Reporting:
