August was a great month for NEARWEEK here are the details:
- Published NEARWEEK Editions 17, 18, 19 and 20 which featured +250 crowdsourced news: https://nearweek.com/
- Published first Medium article: First step in the NEARWEEK DAO journey | by THE NEARWEEK | Medium
- Moved news link submission and payout to Sputnik.DAO.v2: SputnikDAO 2
- Received more than 200 news submissions (payout proposals) from 16th Aug - 31 Aug
- Paid out +150 $NEAR via Sputnik.DAO.v2.
- Submitted MetaBUIDL Hackathon challenge - NEARWEEK Curation Bot: Airtable - Live Challenges for near.org/metabuidl
- Started designing new NEARWEEK layout for both Web and Newsletter to increase readability.
- Started using graphic content to display user activity and growth.
- Started initial talks with @iotachan on setting up NEARWEEK in Chinese.
- Held development meetings with several NEAR officials: @juliebissinger , @jake , @JMaenen, Agatha, @shreyas and @ross.
- Held meetings with Swagger DAO, INC4 and Rhino Guild.
- Hired SoME responsible who will run NEARWEEK Twitter and execute strategy.
- Started executing Twitter content plan to grow impressions and engagement. Experimenting with a weekly recap video format via OWS: https://twitter.com/NEARWEEK/status/1435217882976329728?s=20
- Started first Twitter campaign #ExploretheNEARverse with AwesomeNEAR and PARAS to drive awareness of the NEAR Ecosystem: Explore the NEARverse with NEARWEEK | by THE NEARWEEK | Medium
- Had initial talk with NIA @chronear on strategy and initiatives for increasing Twitter engagement, community and subscriber # .
