Discussing a fair rate for translation grants. There are no really good translators in the community which we can pay the market translation rate. Most translations need serious editing. But at the same time, translators in grants should not receive more than creators of original content.
Guy who was preparing the article about Berry Club still has not finished it Of course, I’ve been pinging him, but he always said “I will finish it tomorrow”. I lost hope
But the other guy did translation about Skyward Treasury very fast and well. We published it.

It’s hard to come up with a creative, simple contest that will be interesting and not trivial. And also will not have the possibility of cheating
I will try to continue the tradition of the previous community manager.
But my concept is fundamentally different, I think that the redundancy of voicing thoughts and ideas maybe not always the right option.
Most of the information will be in Russian language.
My aspect at the moment, is that the RU community should get all the information about what is going on in the NEAR ecosystem.
This is the key to growth: news, partnerships, descriptions of new projects, people need to see how NEAR blockchain life is busting.
All blockers that my predecessor encountered, in one way or another, I feel too.
I try to find and get people interested in NEAR blockchain too, and not only in the material component.

В целом я просмотрел почти все видео, все было четко и по теме, кроме первого видео (крипто портфель) от Гната double top, он не совсем подготовился к презентации Near (за эталон я беру канал Вадима https://youtube.com/c/Zavodil , который досконально изучает проекты, разбирается вплоть до каждой запятой в white paper).

Thank you very much. We also try to give the community more information about the projects in NEAR ecosystem and a lot of information in our Telegram-blog(Telegram: Contact @near_ru).
On the 12th, we accepted two new people into our RU-Guild, these are our moderators. Alyona @Al-DYOR and Yuri @Bond , they are active users of our chat room, Octoberfest winners, as well as those who have been helping newcomers for a long period of time.
This date coincided with when I got sick COVID. But I had time to give instructions to the new guys and tried to guide them the following days. I think they did a great job. Those were the days of mass tokensale Aurora on different platforms(Boca Chica, Skyward). Newbies came in and the guys helped them navigate the NEAR world.
I am very excited to belong to this community and help new adepts of our wonderful blockchain. Glad to be a part Ru Guild Community. Thank you!
I’ve done a wonderful job as a community moderator for more than two weeks, and I’m happy to share this amazing experience.
What I did every day:
Greet/interact with Telegram members,
Provide support to our users with any questions they may have and redirect them to specific channels.
Fight scammers/spammers in our Telegram channel.

Main problems I encountered:
Bots attacking the main telegram group / scammers using the cover of NEARCrowd
Problems with Binance for NEAR network
Sometimes users can’t figure out how to create a wallet.
Sometimes users can’t figure out how to used ref.finance, Aurora EVM, trisolaris.io, NearPad, WannaSwap, BocaChica, Skyward, SmartPad, Youminter, MetaPool, Paras and other platforms or how to participate on this platforms etc.
During these two weeks, I helped newbies find answers to emergent questions about the applications in the NEAR ecosystem, directed them to the specific channels, and fought against bots and spammers.
I saw how scammers under the guise of the NEARCrowd project and its administration tried to defraud and defraud users funds. For our part, we actively counteract this, warned of possible fraud and blocked intruders.
Main problems I encountered:
