I started my immersion 10 days ago (7-8 were my working days and other i did my best to manage communities also)
What I’ve done for this 10 days
-improved my knowledge of near ecosystem
-Got a great experience of moderating such a suppoting community!
-Worked mainly on telegram and discord to help people with their issues
-Have met a great team of supporting moderators and other team members
-Tried to make all-in-one doc for better undersanding of the peoject
My impact as a community mod wath great, because:
-I solved a great amount of issues
-I prevented some big spam attacs, people had their funds safe
-Worked for learning about all products of NEAR
My goals for my first official month once shortlisted
-Add more #tags to combit
-Finish all-in-one gitbook
-Work on helping the community members
Also I want to make life of new peole in TG and discord ar convenient, as it could be.
