The first University to start a pilot is Instituto Tecnológico de Pabellón de Arteaga, which will begin on the 2nd week of September. Next Universities in the list are the Universidad Tecnolófica de Tijuana, Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit and Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas.
