NEAR NIGERIAN DEV ROAD MAP We are a community guild focused on only the development and content creation aspect of the NEAR PROTOCOL. We have a team lead by Igboze Israel and 5 programmers 3 graphics designers 1 Marketer 2 Writers. The team consists of members from different states in the country and have such people to help us cover the basic areas that will help in moving the team forward. The following are our plans for the rest of the year 2021 and beyond. This is to build a solid foundation and to create good awareness before fully launching into holding our meet ups. October 2021 We are going to hold a para-ambassador programmes in three higher institutions in Nigeria. This will be in three different states in no other; Abuja (Nigeria’s Capital), Lagos and Kaduna. The student ambassadors are to help get the student community aware of the guild before our major conferences in each school. They will be rewarded during the conferences. Last week of October We shall publicize the institutions to visit in the order of how the ambassadors have created a good awareness of the NEAR NIGERIA DEV guild. An AMA session will be held on the various whatsApp and telegram groups created by the ambassadors regarding the community guild. The AMA sessions will be as a confirmation and an initiation into the full conference to be held November 2021 We shall hold our first hackatone conference in University of Abuja, Abuja. This will be a meet up where we shall educate the students about the NEAR ecosystem regarding building of applications and content creation. We shall hold our second hackatone conference in Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State. Same purpose as that of Abuja December 2021 We shall hold our third and final hackatone conference for the year in Lagos State University, Lagos, Nigeria. Same purpose as the first two. A competition will be organized between the three schools in the areas of App building and creation of NFTs. The competition will be judged as how their works suit the NEAR ecosystem and help in solving a Nigerian based solution. The winning school will go with the entire price and others with just compensations. The app must be compatible and in line with the NEAR protocol ecosystem. The NFTs MUST be on Nigerian cultures. While the conferences and online meet ups go on, the team continue to recruit other developers of related professions into the team to cover wide. January 2022 We will now cover other states in Nigeria ---
