Thanks @Kem for your comments.  
Culture and ethics are key in any organizational structure and, most importantly, individuals as the most valuable resource in any organization.  
There is a growing trend in implementing these values and social responsibility inside of companies: codes of ethics and of conduct, compliance officers, human resources shaping into people.

We would love to address these topics in the upcoming future!
