# \[Intro\] NEAR | CON Creatives Team

You’ve seen snippets about what may be happening from a creative perspective at the upcoming inaugural NEAR | CON event in Lisbon, you’ve maybe seen this post about the [[Gig Position] NEAR | CON Creative Activations Lead - #7 by mecsbecs](http://gov.near.org/t/gig-position-near-con-creative-activations-lead/5325/7) a.k.a. @tabear who’s been helping make it all happen, but now it’s time to assemble the CREW who will get the vision off the ground in the physical venue.
Starting on October 22, we will be installing the NFT Gallery, VR Exhibition, and screens in the Media Lounge.
**NFT Gallery & Media Lounge:**
The editing & technical masterminds of @hevertonharieno @lucterra will be on hand from the beginning to make sure their stitched videos of the NFTs in the gallery will be displayed properly on the screens, the corresponding QR codes are printed and placed per screen, and the Bluetooth transmitters for the audio NFTs are fully operational. They will also be responsible for making any last-minute edits to content, trouble-shooting any problems that should arise, and testing the experience in the NFT Gallery and Media Lounge to ensure all is in order. At the end of the event, they will also be assisting the take-down or ‘strike’ of these exhibitions.
_For this, they will receive the equivalent in NEAR of EUR 25/hr for as many hours as are required._
**VR Exhibition:**
@microchipgnu will be leading the VR Exhibition set-up also starting on Oct. 22 and potentially going until Oct. 24 in case any issues should arise.
_For this, he will receive the equivalent in NEAR of EUR 25/hr._
Artists responsible for the VR landscape & soundscape to be experienced through the exhibit @nearestchico & @nico will also hopefully be on hand to assist on Oct. 22 and potentially Oct. 23. They along with @NairadeAlmeida & @JulianaM & @frnvpr will also be on hand from Oct. 25-27 as ‘VR Attendants’ to oversee the user experience of the exhibition, to ensure the headsets are appropriately sanitized after each use, and to be on hand to answer any questions about the work. More details about specific ‘shift’ times to come!
_For this, they will receive the equivalent in NEAR of EUR 20/hr with them rotating in shifts so no one person is overseeing the exhibition for longer than 4.5 hours when it’s open._
Honourable mention goes to NEAR colleague @David_NEAR who has graciously agreed to be stolen away to assist with the VR Exhibition as needed throughout the installation and the running of the event itself (Oct 25-27), to relieve the other VR Attendants (times TBD).

On 22th I was 8hrs (from 14hrs to 22hrs), and 23th I was 4 hrs (from 8:30 to 13:30).
Total of 12hrs → 240 eur → 289USD → 26N (coingecko Fri 29 2021, 14:30)
