Work done:

- Support to send NEAR to receiver by ratio:
  - Allow to select NEAR amount to send
  - Change the NMS Money ratio to 85:15

- Support IPFS:
  - Integrate IPFS to NMS
  - Use ipfs-http-client to replace ipfs library
  - Ipfs optimization

- Support avatar from neartar
- Looking for candidates and supervising designer, css cutter and frontend dev to complete basic UI for NMS v2
