I have tried everything. 5 computers with different operating systems. 2 - windows, 3 - mac. different browsers on each computer opera, safari, chrome, mozilla, tor. 2 smartphones - iphone xs max and xiaomi redmi pro. I cleaned browsers’ caches. opened new wallets. always and everywhere I get the same error.
the solution turned out to be simple and found by accident.
It turns out that the “-” sign cannot be used in the Job / proposal description
and the use of a large number of words (150 or more)
Once you remove “-”, everything works fine.
