Hi there, again
I am Fritz Martin Wagner, sharing this time with you from Caracas, Venezuela.
Working on the Blockchain Industry since 2016, founded Bitdharma, selling mining equipment and lead some early venezuelan development projects like D-Wallet. I started computer engineering career and ended up finishing in Production Engineer (Industrial focused on Business), adding later a Corporate Finances Studies.
Experience on UI/UX, design, Front-end development, Project Management, and other experiences related to Product Growth. At the time, educational coordinator for the “Blockchain desde Zero” course from Tecnologia Financiera.
Involved with the NEAR Community since the Hackathon on May, where participated with the Crypto Beer Project as for me making beer is a hobbie/business, and with @Jloc I founded a craft beer / wine / mead / kombucha haha and more fermented beverages house with the name of Cheers Factory, and now we will love to create a new initiative together with the community to continue been chilling NEAR with a BEER.
Since then, I have been participating on several projects and guilds, helping with the front design of Metapool and keeping around forming a team for the marketing designs @Maiker, then as a council member on Near Hispano taking content creation tasks and onboarding devs into the NCD program from the NEAR University, also create content and translations for LEARN NEAR where created a translation squad with @jeph as the first member, later founded the NEAR VENEZUELA guild, then I joined the OWS team as a language coordinator and now as project coordinator too, happy to be helpful with other guilds like Merchants on content creation and moderation, or other DAOs, project manager on TenkBay, and finally leading the NEAR P2P project development with @andresdom. Now really busy as part of the NEAR Concierge team.
So basically, my main activity has been the onboarding of new members and the creation of squads. That’s why I get this badge that I am proud of, and this other that yeah comes mostly from the love of the Venezuelan Community (Thank you all ).
My expectations for the future are a more democratic world thanks to the use of DAOs.
