Hey Dacha, I wasn’t quite sure how to answer this originally, but now that I’ve narrowed the roadmap into three core products, I think I can provide more clarity.
It does not look exactly as you described, but the three products do enable an end-to-end AI governance lifecycle.
- Proposal Dashboard: will function as a quality assurance filter on proposals, which in most cases will be co-written by agents
- AI Delegate: once proposals have passed through the quality filter of the Proposal Dashboard, we’ll have shade agent AI Delegates voting on these
- Manager Agent: as we scale the DAO, we’ll depend more on committees, working groups, and other teams to execute approved proposals. Manager Agents will help to coordinate these teams and hold them accountable.
“Fully transitioning” will ultimately depend on user adoption. I expect it will be years before AI delegates make up the majority of voting power in the system, if ever.
However, I would like to see us ship an MVP of each of the core products by the end of Q2:
- Proposal Dashboard: by end of Q4
- AI Delegate: by end of Q1
- Manager Agent: by end of Q2
These are of course estimates subject to change based on user feedback.
