Progress: - 9 day sprint cycle - started doing [Artist NFT user journey interviews](https://dovetailapp.com/projects/f6c13873-1d3d-4897-92eb-27c4062d04dd/readme) for marketing team - Started doing [Twitch introductory interviews](https://dovetailapp.com/projects/88029bb7-2e23-47b8-8430-d960fd72ed32/readme) to see if we can find a path there - Culture interviews - automations for auto tagging dev data base with @Cameron - Dug into what pming looks like at NEAR with @kendall-near and @StefanoPepe Priorities: - Continue Twitch & NFT artist interviews - Synthesize data in dovetail - Work with pixel party app developer to submit their grant to Human Guild to build a twitch/ community contest NFT app -Work with @Cameron to contribute to the Dev List - Work with @Maggie to find us / shape our new CRM Side Work Project: - Work on the April 9th Celebrations in spare time blockers: None! Progress - Individual Contributors: Iterating on developer database and onboarding more contributors. - Bounties: Created new Bounties Notion, onboarding new bounty hunters, and conducting market research. - VC Referral: Created new startup application form and wrote overview doc in Notion. - Sourcing projects: AI Foundation, new native optionally-custodial wallet, FRAX, - Activate Florida: Miami DAO Hackathon, launching more blockchain courses at UF, and connecting with state lobbyists. Priorities: - Revamp Technical Contributor Program - Revamp Bounties Program - Revamp VC Referral Program - Source projects Blockers: NA
