Progress - sketch out NCD (NEAR certified developer program) with @sasha and @potatodepaulo - continue development of web 3 appreciation course - record intro to web 3 for non devs - engaged with a couple of guilds as they startup Priorities - NCD - cross contract calls repo Blockers - none ---

Priorities (this week) - Build out processes - Do retros for ETH Denver & draft of processes - Clean up project board - Launch NEAR Bytes series - Continue with Live Code Review (cover token standards) - Partners, Partners, Partners (developers) Progress (last week) - ETH Denver was a hit - Mini retro in Slack - Lots of videos, networking, partner talk and process drafts Blockers - Father time ---

- Progress (last week) -DevRel team crushed ETHDenver and the NEAR community is the coolest! -We were an orchestra in perfect unison (behind the scenes, it was a lot of juggling and a lot of late nights-- but I’m super proud of our team) -Grants Pilot Program was launched and we got our first round of apps in! -Talks/Panels in EthDenver and Peter as a “Celebrity Judge” for the final rounds -Thank you to Matt/Josh/Arto for judging the NEAR bounty submissions (I’ll be allocating some additional ones this week as discussed to winners, etc) -Initial convos with the Head of Innovation for the Governor’s Office re: Integrating NEAR into some very cool projects. -The SputnikDAO crypto + art activation was a hit!! We should do this again in the future 🙂 -Really positive interactions with developers+community members all around in the EthDenver #near Discord, Veertly hacker space, and in the Denver Sports Castle! - Priorities (this week) -Upload Dani into projects board (GitHub) -Set up milestones and process the first batch of grants -Onboard Mattias for his one week sprint on Grant Milestones/Scorecards design -Onboard newbie members into DevRel team - Blockers -Understanding timelines & actions around Meta Guild Grants (help build process) -Lots of admin work piling up, need to review grants coordinator role applications (already in Greenhouse) and hire someone asap. ---

- Progress Completed Rust Fundamentals Crash Course ETH Denver was amazing/ Assisted ETH Denver Participants Audited API Workshops Working on audits for live code review rust videos stack overflow updates - Priorities Auditing Live Code Review Working out OW mainnet Videos Working out Music Matching App Video Working on Internal Dev Rel All in one Tool - Blockers Want to become more proficient in Rust to better help our users and make cool apps Still Learning the ins and outs of dev rel (looking forward to getting into the role post event now haha) ---
