Because of Aurora, they are not as now it’s more about just launching the exact same code in Aurora’s EVM + making sure all the services are operational. But there are plenty of other bounties - [near.org/bounties](http://near.org/bounties) and possible grants in the list above. ---

Also, for the off-ramp/on-ramp service for NEAR, could it like be accessible without internet? Could we have a USSD-based on/off-ramp crypto service because where I come from people don’t have that consistent access to the internet, and most use an offline Fintech API service to send and receive money. Wow- This is an incredibly helpful post and a wonderful initiative for all those who are passionate about bringing blockchain technology mainstream, supporting mass adoption, and encouraging new users to onboard the ecosystem! Thank you @illia In wanting to actively support such wonderful initiatives and protect the ecosystem from potential sybil attacks and/or bad actors— Where would one go to report any off-chain vulnerabilities or exploits to assist in the prevention of NEAR dispersing grant funds to a project who is attempting to deceive the ecosystem solely for their own benefit, under the guise of a security-focused (yet, fraudulent) project, and where such intentions are well documented yet unbeknownst to the NEAR foundation/ecosystem?
