How it benefits NEAR community? the faster the artists receive the first result, the more engagement they will have and better user experience they will have.
Purpose of the collection
- to enforce the development of NFT-market in Belarus with the help of NEAR ecosystem
- to create a collection reflecting on web3 art and its achievements
- to support the most talented NFT-artists from Belarus
- to produce an investment asset of D-LAYER DAO
Collection principles
At least 50% of the collection’s artworks must be created by Belarusian authors.
To add artworks of Belarusian artists to the collection, three points must work at least :
- aesthetic value
- cultural and historical value
- relevance for such works on the art market
- significant social capital of the artist
- actively engaged in web3 projects for at least 3 months
- uniqueness and innovation of the project
For artworks from artists of other countries, 4 points have to be done at least:
- aesthetic value
- cultural and historical value
- relevance for the artist’s work on the market
- significant social capital of the artist
- actively engaged in web3 projects for at least 6 months
- uniqueness and innovation of the project
- social importance of the project
- the work is dedicated to Belarus
Purchasing procedure for collection items
Selection of artworks is held once a month through voting on astro-dao by members of the art-council group
Funds to replenish the collection
The fund for works purchasing is replenished from sellings on mintbase store and from targeted grants, donations and the sale of the collection’s exhibits.
The principles of the collection can be changed by voting among the members of the art-council group.
