Hello everyone!
Last month, I fulfilled my responsibilities as the point of contact for the House of Merit by addressing the following tasks:
1. Managed direct funding requests, overseeing the process from proposal submission to KYC verification and payments.
2. Developed and published the guide for June’s funding round, accessible here [NDC Grassroots DAOs and House of Merit direct funding requests process for June 2024](http://gov.near.org/t/ndc-grassroots-daos-and-house-of-merit-direct-funding-requests-process-for-june-2024/39174) .
3. Coordinated funding execution for Grassroots DAOs, collaboration among the House of Merit, CoA, Trust, and Ops teams.
4. Collaborated with the KYC lead to streamline the KYC/KYB process for Congress, Grassroots DAOs, and individual requests.
5. Compiled a list of strategies and visions for transitioning NDC into a new version, with one proposal successfully accepted.
6. Over 30 callls with leaders, founders, developers, grassroot DAOs and other stakeholders.
In addition:
- Achieved a voting rate of 79% on proposals.
- Maintained 100% attendance in meetings.
- Provided feedback for all proposals that were rejected or abstained from.
At the moment, my attention, together with the NF team, is directed towards finding solutions to facilitate the transition of some existing DAOs’ activities into other nodes within the Near Ecosystem. I appreciate the Grassroots leaders, the NF legal team, the NF Ecosystem success team, and Abi’s contributions to this effort.

I’m Dk, a House of Merit (HoM) member, and I would like to present my work to the NDC. It’s been a pleasure working with all of you, the NEAR ecosystem members, congress, and OGs!

In April, my engagement with the Transparency Commission remained steadfast, aligning our activities with the goals, principles, and pipelines of the NDC Houses.
- Attended scheduled Transparency Commission meetings , ensuring participation in discussions and decision-making processes.
- Maintained a proactive approach in reviewing and voting on all proposals introduced throughout the month, ensuring that collective decisions upheld the values of transparency and accountability.
- Aligned TC activities meticulously with the goals, principles, and pipelines of the NDC Houses, fostering coherence and synergy across all initiatives.
- Played a pivotal role in ensuring that TC actions and decisions remained congruent with the overarching mission and vision of the NDC, contributing valuable insights during discussions and deliberations.
- Fulfilled the responsibility of serving as a Speaker, leveraging expertise to enrich dialogue and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.
- Actively engaged with House representatives to synchronize TC efforts with the strategic priorities and objectives of each House, fostering alignment and mutual support.
- Continued to serve as a liaison between the TC and the broader community, fostering open communication, transparency, and engagement.

1. Participation in on-chain voting. Participated in more than 70% of total amount of proposals.

- Maintained forms, ClickUp and other tools.
- Managed internal meetings.
- Voted on proposals on Astra++.
- Communicated with members in DM whenever needed.
We haven’t received investigation complaints in a large number since the announcement of NDC v1 sunset.
Until the sunset, we are open to receive community concerns and resolve them in our best way possible. Thanks!

Hello everyone!
In May, I accomplished the following tasks:
1. Worked on the MEMO [proposal](https://near.org/astraplusplus.ndctools.near/widget/home?page=dao&tab=proposals&daoId=congress-hom-v1.ndc-gwg.near&proposalId=253).
2. Managed direct funding requests, overseeing the entire process from proposal submission to KYC verification and payments.
3. Coordinated funding execution for Grassroots DAOs, collaborating with the House of Merit, CoA, Trust.
4. Worked with the KYC lead to streamline the KYC/KYB process for Congress, Grassroots DAOs, and individual requests.
5. Held over 20 calls with leaders, founders, developers, Grassroots DAOs, and other stakeholders.
Additionally:
- Achieved a voting rate of 90% on proposals.
- 100% attendance in meetings.
- Provided feedback for all proposals that were rejected from.
Currently, I am:
- Finalizing GDAOs budgets and reallocating leftovers back to the NDC treasury.
- Working on final reports for Grassroot DAOs.
- Pitching some DAOs to the NF team.

**Hey, I’m Evangel, Council of Advisors member**
In May:
- Reviewed all confirmed HoM proposals before VETOing them.
- Tried to maintain 24/7 communication with HoM and TC as PoC to provide information and any other assistance to NDC despite its imminent closure.
- I participate in the creation, together with HoM, of a report for NDC V1, where I am responsible for searching, structuring data and calculating all financial transactions with Trusts and DAOs.
- I sent unused funds from coa-pay-dao.sputnik-dao.near back to ndctrust.sputnik-dao.near
**Conclusion**
I would like to add that I continue to do my best to benefit the NEAR ecosystem and be available to NDC 24/7, no holidays or weekends, so you can always contact me and I will do my best to help. And given the complexity of the data and the time-consuming nature of my responsibilities for the report we’ll be releasing soon, I believe enough work was done to warrant additional pay for the CoA PoC role.

In May, similarly to the previous month, I have engaged in the activities required for my position.
Throughout this month, my involvement with the Transparency Commission continued to align with the NDC Houses’ goals and principles. I attended meetings, participated in discussions, and voted on proposals, ensuring our decisions upheld transparency and accountability. I coordinated TC activities to maintain synergy with the NDC Houses and contributed to discussions, providing valuable insights. As a Speaker, I facilitated collaboration among stakeholders and engaged with House representatives to synchronize efforts. **NEAR community, this is my report for May as member of House of Merit:**
In May I was responsible for managing the congressional salary, and also voting on proposals submitted to the House of Merit, and writing report for NDC.
**Salary Management:**
Acted as the point of contact (POC) between the congress and the trust, managing the rewards process and ensuring timely payments.
**Participation in Public Discussions, Calls, and Voting:**
In May, I actively participated in NDC chats, answering community questions and contributing to discussions. I also took part in 67% of House of Merit calls and 84% of the votes, carefully examining each proposal and providing feedback in case of rejection.
**Next steps:**
I’m working with the team on the NDC report for the whole time

It’s rexux from the House of Merit, back with my work report for May 2024. Here’s a quick overview may monyh:
Voting Activity:
In May, I achieved a 78% voting participation rate, contributing to HOM decision-making process.

I maintained a perfect attendance record, joining all our internal House of Merit calls throughout the month.

Other Activities:
My other tasks are the same as last month. I continued to manage the HOM ClickUp, ensuring all relevant information was up-to-date and organized. Additionally, I remained the point of contact for direct funding applicants, helping them navigate the application process.
