2nd GAMB - Artistic Expressions

The GAMB project has become an action and for the month of September we intend to continue the contacts we made over the months of July and August, with the aim of holding another exhibition with 10 artists from the Gambiarra store, who have not yet had the opportunity to participate in the events held by Gambiarra DAO. This exclusive disclosure becomes an incentive for them to continue to publish in the store and in the NEAR ecosystem.

Concept:
GAMB has become an action of care and attention with the artists who are part of the Gambiarra store on the Mintbase marketplace. The closer contact with these artists generates the possibility of creating an exclusive exhibition of the Gambiarra store, in addition to bringing them closer to the collective and the actions that are being proposed during the month. Our goal is to bring together artistic expressions such as plastic arts, collages, photography, among many others, bringing to the activity artists who have not participated in events organized by us, for their first collective exhibition.
Our route in Gambiarra
Since the end of 2021, we have been developing a partnership and learning work, where we focus on encouraging artists to create and publish works on the Mintbase-Near platform, through monthly events, sometimes themed, others with free themes.
We believe that in this way the interaction between everyone is very motivating and collaborates in building a solid base for our community formed exclusively by Brazilian artists.

.1st GAMB - Artistic Expressions
Objective:
We observed that some artists participate in practically all actions, but we want to add, bringing to the activity artists who were not active or who have not participated in any event organized by us, so that they have their first exhibition in Gambiarra. In principle, we have a modest goal of bringing in 10 artists. The Exhibition will be virtual, at 3XRSpace.
The project intends to help build the roadmapping for the next year 2023, giving us the opportunity to take care of the artists that are inside the store and have an efficient action plan with the new artists that arrive.

Project timeline:
Virtual exhibition at 3XRSpace in September 2022.
The action:
We will continue the research work throughout the Gambiarra store, looking for the artists’ participation history and those who are not active will be invited through their social networks and/or emails to participate in this exclusive exhibition.
Justification:
The group formed by the Gambiarra store believes that actions such as holding events and exhibitions generate growth in the network and show the strength of the collective in the Mintbase-Near network.
Timeline:
The pre-event is already being organized since July/August 2022 through meetings and conversations between those involved.
From the beginning of September, research and contact with the artists will begin, so that the exhibition can take place until the end of the month.
